Western Baptist Hospital, a 350-bed Regional Medical Center in Paducah, KY is seeking a fellowship-trained Vascular Surgeon. The candidate will be proficient in the latest Laparoscopic, Endovascular, and Non-Invasive procedures, including dialysis involvement and peripheral vascular disease. Also providing General Surgery is desirable. 

As an employee of Western Baptist Hospital, the candidate would be associated with another experienced and successful employed Vascular/General Surgeon with an office located in the hospital. One will be BE/BC in Emergency Medicine or BC in IM or FP with significant experience in a busy ED.

Practice Parameters

• See an average of 35 office patients / day
• 3-5 In-patients / day  ( mainly OB-newborn ) and 3-5 admissions / week
• General Pediatrics – no Gynecology – Up to age 18
• School physicals  –  Cover the nursery  — No NICU
• Call  — every 5th weekend ( Fri., Sat., Sun. )
• 4-day work week
• Admit and round at only one hospital
